By booking services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Anna’s Clean House provides residential cleaning services within the five boroughs of New York City. All prices listed are starting rates and may vary based on apartment size, condition, and time required. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If access cannot be provided, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the refusal of future services.

For the safety of our staff:

• We reserve the right to refuse or stop service in unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary conditions.
   
• Clients must disclose aggressive pets, infestations, biohazards, or other safety concerns in advance.
   

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours.
Anna’s Clean House is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unstable or fragile items. Clients are responsible for securing valuables before service.

Donations support startup costs, cleaning supplies, and community service efforts. Donations are voluntary, not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated, and do not guarantee a specific charitable service or outcome.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Anna’s Clean House reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or violations of these terms.
